Simplified Accountancy

  • from PLN 100.00 net

(the price includes a fee for authorisation to represent before the Revenue Office)

The scope of works related to keeping the revenue and expense ledger or the flat rate register includes:

  • making entries in the revenue and expense ledger or the flat rate register,
  • keeping the record of VAT purchases and sales,
  • keeping the fixed asset account and the equipment account,
  • setting the amount of the monthly advance personal income tax payment,
  • developing the monthly and annual income statements and social insurance statements,
  • preparing the proofs of payment for taxes and the Social Insurance Company,
  • representing clients before the Revenue Office and the Social Insurance Company.

Keeping the Ledger (full accountancy)

  • from PLN 550.00 net

(the price includes a fee for authorisation to represent before the Revenue Office)

The scope of works related to keeping the full accountancy includes:

Keeping the ledgers

  • preparing the accountancy policy,
  • developing the chart of accounts,
  • eligibility of proofs for posting,
  • endorsing and posting documents,
  • Keeping settlements with the clients,
  • keeping the fixed asset account,
  • settling the financial result,
  • calculating the income tax,
  • developing the CIT and PIT forms,
  • estimating assets and liabilities,
  • developing the Financial Statements,
  • representing clients before the Revenue Office and the Social Insurance Company,
  • keeping the record of VAT purchases and sales,
  • keeping the account of EU acquisitions and supplies,
  • calculating the output and input VAT,

Staffing and Payroll Servicing

  • from PLN 20.00 per person

The scope of works related to keeping the staffing and payroll records includes:

  • developing employment contracts, mandate agreements, and contracts for specific works,
  • preparing the payroll and bills to the mandate agreements and contracts for specific works,
  • developing declarations and settlements for the Social Insurance Company, the Revenue Office, and the employees,
  • maintaining personal files,
  • developing the payslips and employment certificates.

Maintaining the Accountancy of the EU Projects

The scope of EU projects accountancy services includes:

  • Developing or assisting in developing of documentation necessary for the correct execution and settlement of the project,
  • financial management of a project,
  • accounting and settling the project,
  • monitoring and financial evaluating of a project,
  • contacting the management and controlling institutions.

Services Related to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

  • from PLN 50.00 net

Works related to the OHS include:

  • advisory in the scope of applicable OHS and fire regulations,
  • supervision over the correctness and promptness of the preventive medical examination,
  • help in carrying out notices and writs of the National Labour Inspectorate and decisions of the National Sanitary Inspectorate,
  • participation in pursuing the accident investigation, development of the accident documentation (including the Social Insurance Company and the Central Statistical Office),
  • presence during the control of the external institutions authorised to carry out the contro.

Comprehensive Support of the Accounting Firm

Scope of works as part of the comprehensive support includes:

  • assistance in setting up or liquidating a business,
  • settle the accounting arrears,
  • legal assistance in cooperation with law firms,
  • tax optimisation,
